1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 66 bat platform and all its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between 66 bat ("Platform", "we", "us") on one side and the user ("you", "member") on the other. By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Account Registration

Each person may register only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any pending withdrawal requests on those accounts may be cancelled. 2.1 Identity Verification

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

6. Bonuses and Promotions

66 bat offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 20 times — meaning the wagering requirement is 20x the bonus.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must place total wagers of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

6.1 Bonus Terms of Use

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder — they are not transferable.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Certain games may not count towards bonus wagering.
• If unusual betting patterns (such as opposing bets) are detected, the bonus may be cancelled.

6.2 VIP Cashback

VIP programme members receive weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated as a set percentage of the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings). Example: A Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

7. Betting Rules

Bets are accepted at the odds or price displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the match is cancelled or the odds are proven to have been displayed in error.

For the purpose of settling match results, the result announced by the relevant governing body (such as ICC or the BPL authority) is considered final. In the case of disputed results, 66 bat's decision is final.

7.1 If a Match is Cancelled or Left Unresolved

• If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If a match ends before the scheduled time, a decision will be made in accordance with the relevant betting rules.
• If a bet is accepted due to a technical error and the odds at that time are clearly incorrect, the platform reserves the right to void the bet.

7.2 Multi Bets

When betting on multiple events together, all selections must be correct for the bet to win. If even one selection loses, the entire multi bet is lost.

8. Casino Rules

10. Account Suspension and Closure

If a valid withdrawal claim exists after an account is closed and no breach of Terms has occurred, that amount will be returned after verification. However, bonuses or winnings derived from bonuses on accounts closed due to a breach of Terms will not be paid out.

10.1 Voluntary Closure Request

You may contact customer support at any time to voluntarily close your account or suspend it for a set period. In accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy, self-exclusion is activated within 24 hours.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
